The Primitive Baptist of Appalachia are commonly referred to as the epitomy of old time religion in America. The old fashioned church houses dot the landscape reminding one of the simple and true manner of worship which takes place within the humble structures. The congregational singing and often lyned-out hymnody, clearly distinquishes them from other faiths and orders. The extemporaneous preaching and the soundness of the doctrine allows one to view the Lords Church in it's simplicity and beauty, free from man made inventions, as it was originally delivered to the saints.
